Challenge

The Constantin Film Group has several subsidiaries that produce a large number of film and television productions each year and conclude a large number of contracts for this purpose. These contracts were previously negotiated centrally by email based on given contract templates, resulting in friction losses, gaps in the information chain, and later problems with traceability and findability of contracts.

Result

Together with Sebastian Bergau, we developed a centralized solution in the form of VERA, an online platform accessible to all employees for simple and effective creation, negotiation, storage, and evaluation of contracts as a central point of contact in the group for (almost) all contract matters.

The development of VERA was a major concern of our department to make our workflow more efficient and transparent. Quirin and his team were very focused from the beginning on understanding our workflows and finding a suitable implementation. Due to the flexible scalability of their team size, they were always approachable, could tackle larger features at short notice and reacted extremely quickly to necessary bug fixes.

Challenge

On horse riding farms, the demand for appointments in the farm facilities is very high. However, paper lists that were supposed to regulate the registration and deregistration of appointments were only inadequately maintained, with the result that despite high demand, economic utilization was unsatisfactory.

Result

Our team developed a complete digital farm management system with already four-digit user numbers and five-digit appointment entries.

It's just fun to work with professionals. With Christian and Quirin, I have contact persons and a network of experts. From the first MVP, we were able to scale together to a comprehensive product and a four-digit number of users. Especially during the Covid time, the performance was unbeatable. There were always new legal requirements that the farms had to face. One day we discussed the new requirements and 3 days later completely new areas were available to the end customer. Due to this speed, we were weeks ahead of the competition and were able to win new customers with a test phase. After the test phase, 100% of the customers won in this way stayed with the product and booked additional packages.

Among the riders, we conducted an engagement analysis. 95% were very satisfied with the product and 45% even said it would be fatal if the app no longer existed.
