On request, we look after your application after launch as well: with hosting, updates, technical monitoring and further development. Your point of contact stays the same.

Common questions

Who are these services for?

For companies in German-speaking countries that want to simplify or digitalise their processes. We also support companies that want to develop a digital product of their own as a web app or mobile app.

What does a project cost?

The Process Check is free of charge. You receive a process map that shows which changes are worthwhile and what costs you are likely to face. For the implementation, you receive a quote for each phase that fixes the price, outcome and delivery date.

How is billing handled?

We bill projects per phase at a fixed price. Operations and maintenance are billed at a flat monthly rate. We only bill by the hour if you explicitly ask us to.

When will the first result be ready?

You will have the process map from the Process Check within one week of the intro call. For the implementation, we set the date in the quote, together with the price of the first phase.

Can existing systems be integrated?

Yes, that is the norm. We connect what is already there: ERP, CRM, industry-specific software, phone system or inbox. We only build something new where something is missing.

Is there off-the-shelf software that already fits?

There may be. If we find off-the-shelf software that fits, it goes into your process map, and we set it up for you on request. We only develop software ourselves where no product fits.

Who runs the application after development?

On request, we take care of hosting, updates and the technical monitoring of your application. Beforehand, we clarify your data protection requirements with you and, if you wish, choose data centres within the EU.
