Before we talk about software, we look at how work is done in your company. Where off-the-shelf software fits, we use it; where it does not, we build what is missing.

Intro call
30 minutesWe clarify which processes repeat, how often they occur, which systems are involved and where things get stuck.
At the end, we set the date for the recommendation meeting straight away.

Analysis
1 weekWe examine the systems and interfaces involved in your processes. We then show you where time is being lost and which changes are worthwhile.
For each process, we estimate the implementation effort and the possible time savings. If we need any further information for this, we will get in touch with you.

Recommendation
60 minutesYou receive the process map: all the processes discussed, the expected time savings and our recommendation for the first step.
We go through the results together. If you would like to tackle one of the processes, we will give you a quote for it.

It shows you where time is being lost, what savings to expect and what costs you are likely to face.
If it makes sense and can be done with reasonable effort, we build a small, working demo based on one of your processes for our second meeting. That way, you can see what the solution could look like in your company before you commission anything.
